Gharat is the popular in last few decades in Himalaya. It is ancient Water mill used by the Himalayan people.Now days due to latest technologies these water mills are ignored by the peoples.Gharats almost found in all over Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal.This is one of the best way to utilize the water energy and save electricity. Jakhoo Temple Shimla
Jakhoo Temple is an ancient temple in Shimla, dedicated to Hindu deity,There is giant 108-feet-high Statue of Hanuman according to mythology when Lord Hanuman was moving towards Himalaya to get sanjeewani herb that time Hanuman rested on top of the Jakhu hill for sometime.It is situated on Jakhoo Hill, at a height of 2,455 m from sea level.Its highest peak of shimla city from where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Shivalik Ranges and the town of Sanjauli.There is a famous large statue of Hanuman.It is easily accessible to from Ridge Shimla.

Blue magical Pangong Lake
Blue magical lake know as Pangong Lake, is an endothermic lake in the Himalayas situated at height of about 13,900 ft.It is 134 km (83 mi) long and extends from India to Tibet one third of the lake is in India and remaining part lies in Tibet.During winter the lake freezes completely,In summer you can enjoy its crystal clear water and surrounding cool & fresh breeze. There is also camping tents in bank of Pangong Lake.Visitor can reached here in a five-hour drive from Leh.It is one of the most beautiful places in India.

Some Virgin Trek In Himachal Pradesh India
1 Bari kanda :- Its situated in Nichar Tehsil in Kinnaur District of Himachal Pradesh India.Its 35 km towards from Reckong Peo. 108 KM from State capital Shimla.It is at situated at 2086 meters above from Seal level. Best time to visit here is summer.
2 Buran pass :- Buran Pass is situated at an altitude of about 4724 meters. Buran Pass separates the Pabbar Valley and Sangla valley in Himachal Pradesh.Its 6-7 days full of adventure trek.Best season to visit here is April- June and Sep-Oct.
3 Rupi pass :- Rupi pass situated at an altitude of 909 to 5,650 meter, and lies on the left bank of the Satluj River.The whole trek is covered with lush green forests and you can also see the popular Srikhand range while trekking.Trek start from Rampur Bushahr in Kinnaur District of the northern Indian state.It is 5-10 days trek best season to visit May-Jun,Sep-Oct.
4 Poonag Trek :- Poonag is situated in Nichar Tehsil in Kinnaur District of Himachal Pradesh India.
4 Rupin pass :- Rupin Pass is a high altitude pass across the Himalaya mountain range in state of Himachal Pradesh, India.It lies on a traditional shepherd and hiking route which starts from Dhaula in Uttarakhand and ends in Sangla in Himachal Pradesh. While this trek you can see the suddenly changes scenery after every few miles that always encourage you walk a little more just to see next surprise.
5 Pin parvati pass :- The Pin Parvati Pass is a mountain pass in Himachal Pradesh, India.This pass connects the two valley i.e Parvati valley on the Kullu and Pin valley on the Spiti side.It is situated at an altitude of 5319 meter the whole trek is around 10-11 days and best season to trek here is July to September.Its around 100 km trail.It is one the most difficult and adventurous trek.

Pangi valley
The Pangi valley is tribal area in Himachal Pradesh state but now there have almost all kinds of facilities in the valley.Pangi Valley in the upper part of Chamba District.This virgin valley located between Pir Panjal and the Greater Himalayan Zanskar ranges.While travelling to Pangi valley you can enjoy lush green grassy slopes of majestic mountains.The best season to go this valley is June and October, and rest of time valley cut off from the world due to heavy snowfall.
